Sustainable Consumption & Production Systems Analysis Workshop
Date: October 7-9, 2013
Venue: The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread, Racine, Wisconsin
The gathering has three main objectives:
Day 1: Listen and connect through dialogue and exploring grounded examples / case studies.
Day 2: Collectively create a systems map to capture how our diverse work relates to each other in the larger sustainable consumption and production system. This map creation is supported by a team of experienced facilitators, building on background research, prior interviews and the results of a previous workshop where the first round of systems mapping was initiated.
By co-creating a map, we aim to see and gain insights about the current system and identify elements of a common vision that connects our diverse work in this field. This process could potentially lead us to identify a few areas for scaling up our collective impact that we can prioritize and work on together.
Day 3: Building on prior day's discussion, explore potential areas for collaboration and next steps.

Venue: The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread, Racine, Wisconsin
The gathering has three main objectives:
- Experiment with systems mapping to co-create a whole-system understanding of the sustainable consumption and production system and to explore how our diverse work relates to and reinforces each other;
- Explore the possibility of forming a common vision that links our diverse efforts on the ground and begin to develop a set of shared indicators for evaluating our collective impact;
- Identify a few leverage points / promising solutions spaces for scaling up our collective impact at the systems level and explore potential collaboration and collective action going forward.
